We are looking for an experienced Rails developer to join our Orlando-based team within the next two weeks. You must have one year of proven experience developing Rails apps, and provide references for the sites that you have created. We prefer someone based in Orlando, but for the right person, telecommuting (from somewhere else in the continental US) is definitely an option.
